All purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing access, you acknowledge that digital content becomes available immediately after payment and therefore refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law.
Refunds will not be provided because a user changes their mind, does not use the service, fails an exam, purchases the wrong trade, forgets to use the account, experiences lack of time, or believes the material did not match their personal expectations.
5. Access Period
Premium access is provided for the access period shown at checkout. Once access expires, the user must renew or purchase again to continue using premium materials.
6. Account Use and Sharing
Each account is for individual use only. Users may not share login credentials, resell access, copy materials, distribute questions, screenshot content for sharing, or allow other people to use their account.
Account sharing or misuse may result in suspension or termination without refund.
